My brother-in-law's mother (aunt-in-law? :D ) will be hosting Thanksgiving with her 3 children and their 8 children--12 different households, probably 35 people total.

Now would I be part of an indoor gathering like that? No. Do I think there's a way to enforce the restrictions in this situation? Very much no.

If lockdowns work, why do we need another one? And if lockdowns don't work, why are doing it again?
