Election spending

Elections where $100 million or more is spent trying to buy elections really needs to be stopped. Bloomberg and others pushing millions to sway a state’s results is ridiculous. There needs to be a personal election limit placed on donors. Allow them to spend whatever they want on themselves as a candidate, but restrict the total amount they can spend on an election cycle to a certain dollar amount.

I understand the sentiment but it is their money to be spent as they want. Voters need to ignore the money spent, which seems more common
