Wondering how many restaurants will even stay open at 25% of capacity. It can't make a lot of sense for many of them.

not saying it's wrong, I have little doubt the spike in cases is from bars and restaurants, but we might as well shut them down for all but carryout and live with it for a year or so, and the subsidize them so we still have them when this is over.
