Died of a brain aneurysm at the age of 49. He was one of the founding co-hosts of MythBusters and a critical part of the show throughout. A show which I spent countless hours watching as a teen and young adult. https://www.theverge.com/2020/7/14/21323762/grant-imahara-dies-49-mythbusters-white-rabbit-project

OMG. First I've heard of it. Obviously I'm a massive Mythbusters fan, have every episode and have seen them all a dozen times. The best real TV show ever made IMO, and one of my top 3 shows of any kind, and really probably my #1. I had hoped the White Rabbit Project on Netflix would turn into something with the B team, but to no avail.

He was great on the show, as they all were. Jessie Combs, who guested on the Build Team when Kari was having her baby, also just died while setting a land speed record. Losing 2 of them this young is shocking.

I subscribe to Adam's Tested channel. I'm sure he'll be talking about it. Really sad news.

Terribly sad. I enjoyed seeing him on Mythbusters. He was especially funny when they put him in water and something touched his feet.

Adam Savage talking about Grant on Tested. Tells some great stories for those fellow maker geeks out there.
