If by thug you mean low life, coward, murdering piece of shet, that deserves the death penalty? I’m wondering what he had to say when he was told he randomly murdered a innocent child.

I see it was a horrible weekend for senseless shootings, including 8 year olds in Chicago and Atlanta.

The shooter is a living, breathing POS. That's all there is to that.
And no, he could care less about that innocent child. Because he's a POS.
And now he's in jail, where he belongs, with other POS animals just like him.
Condolences for the family of that murdered child.
The shooter? No sympathy whatsoever. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada.
And when his sorry behind passes into the next life, I hope he ends up where he belongs. Burning in hell!

This stuff happens in every major city, nearly everyday....innocent people caught in the crossfire. So, why is it news when it is in a shopping area or school?

Things like this are works of the devil.

I read that according to UNICEF every 7 minutes somewhere in the world, an adolescent is killed by an act of violence. Several other countries are even much worse than here.

So, why is it news when it is in a shopping area or school?

Because those headlines sell a few papers and stimulate thousands of clicks?
