This was my final image before leaving Yosemite the next morning, last Friday night. I call it "A Different View." I was sitting on rocks in the Merced River, as others sought the sunset colors on top of Half Dome behind me. The water was cold and rushing as I talked to the wind in the trees.9221

Nice job Coastie. Lots of things going on in that image that most people will not notice. I like it

Is there an alien I'm missing?

Really nice shot.

Did you use the new Samsung phone for that? :)

Wow, what an absolutely georgous shot.

cameras are used for taking pictures worthy of framing, and phones are used to talk to someone that is to far away to yell at and be heard.

Ha! Thanks everyone. I create with an Olympus OMD EM1 MarkII, a micro four thirds mirrorless camera. I will occasionally take a shot with my phone of my circumstances while I'm creating, such as this one....9262
