Lot of big swings this week. I hope at least one connects.

One I considered was Tulane +19 vs Auburn. Tulane playing with the graduate transfer from LSU at QB looked good in week one. Tulane has also won six of its last seven games, dating back to last season. Tulane isn't an SEC caliber team, really, but they've started building kinda that way. Phil Steele ranks Tulane's OL as # 26 in the country. (Interestingly, Auburn's first week opponent, Oregon, was # 25.)

I know FIU is no Auburn, but not sold on the freshman QB and gang at Auburn - yet - notwithstanding the comeback win.

Having said all that, I expect Auburn to win by double digits as usual in this game.

Bigger the dog, greater the risk, but greater the reward if you hit.
