Hard to believe any parent would be this stupid, or this reckless. Very sad though

Sad, sad story. I feel for the parents.
At the end of the day, just more proof that if you take your eyes off of small children like that for too long, then tragedy may very well follow.
And a truly horrible way for a young child to die.
