There's a whole bunch of games there with big fat spreads that it'll be interesting to see if some of those favorites cover. There aren't too many rivalry games however, and even fewer of those that figure to be fairly evenly matched. If I had to bet on just one game this week, it would definitely be UK to cover 13 1/2 points since I think UK will win outright.

Another one I keep scratching my head over is Clemson by 3 over Auburn in Atlanta. I think Auburn wins that one but it should be a good game.

I think Penn State at home by 6 over Ohio. WFT Ohio??? I don't care how many players left Penn State can't they beat OHIO at home. Like South Carolina over Vandy, and Alabama over Michigan (am looking forward to Saturday night for that game). Also like UK +13.5

I like Penn State a lot--think you're right about that one.

I'll take Southern Miss and the points.

Of course this means Ohio will win by 17

Penn State should beat Ohio fairly easily, but their emotional state right now is anyone's guess. Frank Solich has the Bobcats on a roll, but I don't think I could pick them either in Happy Valley.

Agree. Teams get up 30 they're going to be playing from the very end of the roster and those leads shrink. The best teams have to look down the road, in football about 10x more than basketball, and they do. they'll rest everyone they can and keep injuries down. I'd take 3-4 of those teams at the 25+ range just b/c of that factor.

If my pick of SC -7 over Vandy is any indication, you're right :).

New staff, new qb that has never taken a college snap, at nebraska, I doubt USM stays within 28 pts of them.

I'll take Southern Miss and the points.
