I tried to go to bed early myself, because I'm having trouble waking up too early, and I'm not sure that it's because of the amount or quantity of sleep that I'm having, or I'm just waking up at 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning, regardless.

So I would like to go to bed earlier, but you're right, it is hard to go to sleep after a late game right away. I turned off the TV and my phone at 12:15 AM this morning.
