Frosty will be short lived but Baby Kaleb got his wish this morning. He had been asking to build a snowman for over a month, well before Christmas. Even had to buy his buttons (for the nose) at Hobby Lobby back then to be completely ready. My oldest Grand Daughter Abbie was the instructor and chose the standard three tier variety.
First snowman in their recently purchased new home here in Radcliff.

Not a huge amount but just enough, so today was the big day!

Each decided to let frosty face the house to take advantage of their short friendship...still no arms.

Fantastic. Still glad you guys have the snow and not us, though!

That’s a good looking snowman. Enjoy these times, they grow up fast.

Nothing in my back yard to photograph yet, and it is not supposed to be a snow event for us. Weather gurus say we are about 60 miles to far south

Doesn't matter, you can have my share. If I see snow on a show on TV, the channel automatically gets tuned onto another channel. I don't even want to see it.

Be careful! That kind of snow would sideline Birmingham for weeks.

They say this weekend could be worse than last. That probably means mainly cold rain, but it won't stop people from FREAKING OUT, anyway.

Talked to a friend of mine in the Winston Salem NC area and they are iced in. Lots of power lines and trees down, roads iced up and schools out of session. Said they had very little snow just ice.

Accuweather says mostly rain Saturday in Louisville as the high will be 47 but then it’s going to get down to 18 Saturday night so the roads are gonna get slick.
