I agree with Brock. UK by 1, though I think there will be a little more scoring, especially if it goes to overtime.

I'm with Dan and Deere... whether they like it or not, but I digress.
Kentucky by exactly five.

U of L loves to turn opponents over--they lead the nation in defensive TO%, turning opponents over on 30% of their possessions (national average is 21%).
Thing is, UK does a pretty good job with the ball. Cats TO% is only 17.5%, 17th in the country. But they've really not seen a D like this (unless you count Duke, which is 9th nationally in Defensive Efficiency but doesn't play a defensive style like U of L's). It's a pretty tall order for a young UK team in hostile territory.
Another stat to watch: U of L's offensive rebounding. Cards are 16th nationally in Offensive Rebound %, getting 40% of their misses. (National average is 32%.) UK does not do a good job on the defensive boards, allowing opponents to rebound 31% of their misses, 126th nationally. UK must do a better job of limiting U of L to 1 shot.
I think this will be an ugly offensive game on both sides, with neither team scoring the NCAA average of 1 pt/possession. Ultimately I think U of L gets enough easy opportunities through turnovers and offensive boards to win by 7. Call it 70-63.

UL has played two games in which they were called for more fouls than their opponents had turnovers--one was the loss to Duke, and the other was their win over WKU, a game they were never in danger of losing. It'll be pretty obvious early on how the game is being called.
