This year we're going to play it a little different. We're going to take all games in which the line is a field goal or less, and you will select only ONE team that you think will win.

You get 1 point for each correct weekly pick.
If you pick an underdog to win, and they win, you get a bonus 0.2 points.

Most points in a week = 1.2 points.

This week's field goal frenzy options:

THURSDAY, AUGUST 30
PURDUE -3.00 Northwestern

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 1
Auburn -3.00 Washington (Atlanta)
MIAMI (O) -2.50 Marshall
Michigan -1.50 NOTRE DAME
Texas Tech (Houston) -2.00 Mississippi

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 2
Miami (FLA) -3.00 Louisiana State (Arlington)


Remember, just pick ONE game. We'll see if you were right, and if so, you get +1. If you picked the underdog, and they won, you get +1.2 total points.

I'm actually interested in seeing if somebody ends up hitting like 75% of them. I bet somebody will.

(Usual caveat here that oddsmakers aren't predicting an outcome, but instead just choosing a line that is designed to equalize bets for both teams insuring a profit for the book.)
