It’s official - I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner!!

Well not until I take my certification exam- but I will be graduating May 11 along with my fellow classmates. I’ve never been so relieved in my life. My professor even said she didn’t think I would make it. I didn’t say anything to her but I thought “honey I’ve buried a husband and raised a son by myself- a bit of hard work doesn’t scare me!” Now to pass boards and find a job!! Thank you again for your support. You guys are awesome!

Congratulations, there never was any doubt on my end. You are a strong lady to have gone thru all you have. I still miss your husbands humor and strength. You have taken that from him, humor and strength. God has something in store for you, He carried you thru Rons sickness and death, Helped you with your son...so often we don't realize He is there for us in the darkest times. What does He have for you, wish I knew, but maybe it's the strength you have now.

Continue to be the best nurse you can be, your strength, humor and knowledge will help your patients. Maybe that is what He has in store for you. I know Ron and your son are proud of you. And your family here are proud of you. You are our little sister :)

this is great news, b/c I have this pain in my left shoulder.... ;)

My suggestion is drink enough adult beverages until you no longer care that your left shoulder hurts. When you wake up the next day you will be hung over and you won’t remember anything about your shoulder! That will be 50$. :)
