CitizenBBN is on track to live to 174.

When it comes to making it into your 90s, booze actually beats exercise, according to a long-term study.

I recently sent Mrs. BEvans, who loves a glass or 2 of red wine in the evening, an article that says 2 glasses/day reduces the risk of dementia:

There's a scene in Woody Allen's movie "Sleeper" where they explain to him that all the things they thought were bad for you are actually good. Not too far off.

It's funny, BEvans, because it's very true.

Coffee -- dementia, Alzheimer's. Check.
Beer/wine, long life. Check.
A little overweight, long life. Check.
Useless hobby a couple of hours a day. I choose this forum. Long life. Check.

All of those things are listed in the article.
