One of my favorite proto-punk and 80s new wave bands. I like a lot of their less commercial stuff, but I do enjoy their more commercial stuff too. The Centerfold video was quite a thing when it came out, but I really like "Love Stinks" the most among their hit songs.

Not too many of my old fav bands around anymore. I regret I never went to see AC/DC in concert, just never got around to it.

Liked them from the time I heard Must've Got Lost and Love-itis in the mid 70s. Great American band and underrated band leader. RIP.

"Centerfold" is classic stuff. R.I.P. John Geils!

I saw them open for Aerosmith in the late 70's.
