Have to give myself a little pat on the back

Since October 16 I have lost 65 pounds. I am still losing and hope to go down another 75-80 pounds before I am finished. It is very nice to fit in to clothes I hadn't been able to wear for 6 years. Most of my weight gain I blame on the depression I felt after Ron died. I cannot say that has ever competely gone away - but for the first time in a long time I don't hate what I see when I look in the mirror. Thanks for listening. It is nice to have this group of people to vent to every once in a while.

That is really awesome! Congratulations! That's an impressive amount of weight in a really really short time. I've lost similar and it's amazing how much better you feel, from just a day to day ability to move perspective. Keep up the good work!
