Play the KSR Hall of Fame Game Contest: Kentucky vs. Florida

1. Predict the Kentucky margin of victory (+) OR loss (-). If you believe that Kentucky will lose, make sure that you make it clearly known with a -- [minus sign], or something else.

2. Predict the game high scorer, AND the total number of points he will score in the game. NOTE--it does not have to be a Kentucky player for this KSR point.

3. Over/Under, 8 - Predict whether Kentucky's largest DEFICIT in the game will be UNDER 8, or OVER 8, and by how many.

4. Parboiled Bam We're going to cook up Mr. Bam Adebayo for this game--take his PAR--Points + Assists + Rebounds, total it, and then MULTIPLY it by the number of minutes he plays. For example, if he scores 5 points, 1 assist and 4 rebounds, he has a PAR of 10, and if he plays 25 minutes, his PARBOILED number is 250.

Tiebreaker: Number of MADE Kentucky Free Throws

Good luck!

Let's get this ugly thing graded.

Dan did a nice job here, although nobody was "close" to the humiliation Kentucky suffered. Gators by 22 would have looked absurd.

Or would it? Anyway, first point to the guy that saw a double digit downing coming, and he was right.

No Gator picks for high scorer, which made sense, as they had no high point guys on the season. Didn't matter, though, as Kasey Hill had his way with us, scoring 21 to lead all.

No point awarded here.

Cats suffered a deficit of at least 24 (I stopped counting, and irrelevant for this purpose anyway), for OVER, by a bunch--at least 16. These two guys were closest, picking "over 7," or a 15-point deficit for UK. Both earn a point.

lol--you couldn't have written a better script. Doc says he loves this one, so who wins it?

He does, of course.

Bam had 9 points, 7 rebounds and 1 assist for a PAR of 17, multipled by 33 minutes or 561. Doc had an outstanding guess of 540 for his PAR-boiled number, and closest to the actual score. Really extremely close for this game.

And with 2 of the 3 awarded points (no point awarded for high scorer), DanISSELisdaman walks away with another HOF induction. Only fitting, given his name, isn't it?

Well-done, Dan. I think you had this game well-analyzed. You were even close on the PAR-boiled number, too.

Thanks Darrell. I'll take it, but I sure wish the outcome of the game had been different.

I know it's one you would have rather happily lost.

I'm with you, though. Try to analyze it objectively. Be happy if I miss.
