TV ear buds

I'm sure this will work with any radio set or maybe any Bluetooth transmitter. But I'd rather get something designed to work together.

In our workout room, I'd like to be able to connect multiple ear buds so more than one person can listen to the TV while they workout. And so we don't have to share...ear buds would be preferred over head phones. Need to be able to connect 3 or 4 sets but not at the same time. Probably no more than 2 at once.

Any suggestions?
