While KSR's general procedure is for each writer to post an Article here on the message boards first, and then have it "promoted" to the Front Page--which cross-references it back to the forums, allowing people to read it on the Front Page, then follow it directly to the boards to discuss, there may occasionally be an article that is solely on the Front Page.

So don't miss it.

We have 16 football articles on the Front Page now in just over a week, and they're Kentucky-centric in nature. You can always go to www.ksr1.com or www.KySportsReport.com and check out the categories, and click on them to get your football fix, basketball fix, or whatever as the case may be.

Read the story there, then follow the article back to the forum to discuss by clicking the link at the bottom of each article.

Traffic here has been so heavy at times that stories are going to the bottom, and being pushed to Page 2 more quickly than we are used to. That is a good problem to have, but it might mean you miss a story or a thread. That's why we recommend visiting the Front page. We are going to try to have 7 Articles and several Blogs on the Front Page and it will be refreshed throughout the day with new material.

Of course, we are a community-first environment. It makes sense for many of us to go straight to the message boards so we can see what others are talking about, and join in. But don't forget the Front Page. You may find some things you're missing there otherwise.

Thanks again for being part of a terrific community. It is the people that make up this site, that make the site what it is, and we are all grateful for the experience.

I'm trying to get used to the blogs. This is new of course and it's kind of a shift in the brain to look for them and read, but am trying to make that shift. :)

The setup here is ideal for expanding things. We will have a Podcast we will be introducing soon, too. Videos, podcasts, live internet radio, and "pirate" radio broadcasts at Commonwealth Stadium are all part of the equation.

If you miss a blog or two, you probably won't be hurt too badly. But we are hoping everybody will explore the new toy and enjoy it. We'll have more content than ever before.
