Wondering if I need to swap out my aging florescent warehouse lighting for LEDs. I see Home depot has a 2,400 lumen, 40 watt integrated LED for $50. That seems pretty cheap, but not sure what I'll save over what I have now.

And what I have now is a 40 year history of lighting. I have the fat T12 8' singles, 8' doubles, T12 doubles and some others. To do A proper comparison I need lumens and watts I guess, and I'm still looking for numbers on this older stuff but it seems to vary a lot by model and no way to track that all down.

I think I'm also using a fair amount of electric on old burned out ballasts still wired up. But I can figure that out I think but I need to make a lighting decision on whether to start spending good money just to replace the working lights.
