Interesting stuff (some dangerous, but some meritorious). And remember--he told us Donald Trump would win. He was dead on: http://michaelmoore.com/trumpwillwin/).

Morning After To-Do List:

1. Take over the Democratic Party and return it to the people. They have failed us miserably.

2. Fire all pundits, predictors, pollsters and anyone else in the media who had a narrative they wouldn't let go of and refused to listen to or acknowledge what was really going on. Those same bloviators will now tell us we must "heal the divide" and "come together." They will pull more hooey like that out of their ass in the days to come. Turn them off.

3. Any Democratic member of Congress who didn't wake up this morning ready to fight, resist and obstruct in the way Republicans did against President Obama every day for eight full years must step out of the way and let those of us who know the score lead the way in stopping the meanness and the madness that's about to begin.

4. Everyone must stop saying they are "stunned" and "shocked". What you mean to say is that you were in a bubble and weren't paying attention to your fellow Americans and their despair. YEARS of being neglected by both parties, the anger and the need for revenge against the system only grew. Along came a TV star they liked whose plan was to destroy both parties and tell them all "You're fired!" Trump's victory is no surprise. He was never a joke. Treating him as one only strengthened him. He is both a creature and a creation of the media and the media will never own that.

5. You must say this sentence to everyone you meet today: "HILLARY CLINTON WON THE POPULAR VOTE!" The MAJORITY of our fellow Americans preferred Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump. Period. Fact. If you woke up this morning thinking you live in an effed-up country, you don't. The majority of your fellow Americans wanted Hillary, not Trump. The only reason he's president is because of an arcane, insane 18th-century idea called the Electoral College. Until we change that, we'll continue to have presidents we didn't elect and didn't want. You live in a country where a majority of its citizens have said they believe there's climate change, they believe women should be paid the same as men, they want a debt-free college education, they don't want us invading countries, they want a raise in the minimum wage and they want a single-payer true universal health care system. None of that has changed. We live in a country where the majority agree with the "liberal" position. We just lack the liberal leadership to make that happen (see: #1 above).

Let's try to get this all done by noon today.

Not so fast blowhard. (http://www.nytimes.com/elections/results/president)

3 states are still using their fingers and toes to come up with a final tally

She only won the popular vote count if you don't subtract out the fraudulent votes and illegals. That's harsh, but I guarantee it's the truth when so many states allow voting by mail and/or require no id to vote.

There are numerous groups who are financed to do nothing but go door to door and get people signed up and a ballot so they can vote. The vast majority of those are to vote Democrat and a LOT of those ballots are 'assisted' by the people signing them up, esp. the elderly.

Even with all that they lost the election, but I'm betting they lost the popular vote too if we strip out every single fraudulent vote.

Really impressive how well they're run isn't it?

Yeah, a popular vote based election is a great idea. we STILL wouldn't know who was president elect.

Take out California where the nuts live and she lost the majority of the vote big time.

Meanness??? really as if the democrats ever negotiated the last 8 years. His boy Obama started it with his first meeting with the republican leaders at Camp David when he told them he won, he had a mandate and it was his way or else. So the GOP kinda bowed up but gave him much of what he wanted. There is a mean side in politics and most of it is on the left side.

Harry Reid lies twice about two of our candidates, said Romney didn't pay taxes for ten years and later admitted he made it up Lied about Trump. Pelosi, you want mean, just look up her picture and there is meanness.

Fraud, ask Mick about voters voting more than once, he caught them.

Moore showed what one of the problems is, no unity nor does he want unity. I firmly believe the vast majority of the country wants the two sides to work together for the betterment of the country. They, me, are tired of all this crap in DC which is why so many turned out on tuesday that no one thought about or realized where there.

Socially I will not give in on my standards, period, but I also think the feds need to stay out of most of it and leave it up to the states to decided. I dont' believe transgenders should be allowed to use whatever bathroom they want, it opens the doors for true perverts. But if a state votes by its citizens to open their bathrooms then that should be their right.

First, appoint the judges. Then make laws to secure legal voting.

He's been saying it for a long time. That's a very good video clip, thanks for sharing. He's dead on there.

(Warning, language may be NSFW, but it is worth the 4 minutes if you can watch it safely).

It's very telling, when a proclaimed leftist can actually see the legitimacy of what Trump said, and who he said it to. Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin are the states he mentions, and are the states that swung the election Trump's way. Polling be damned....

Maybe I misinterpreted it, but he sure seemed to admire Trump. It was not only an explanation of why he was going to win, but a genuine appreciation for how he was different than others.

Michael Moore's background led me to be very surprised by the video.

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I gave it to you straight last summer when I told you that Donald Trump would be the Republican nominee for president. And now I have even more awful, depressing news for you: Donald J. Trump is going to win in November. This wretched, ignorant, dangerous part-time clown and full time sociopath is going to be our next president. President Trump. Go ahead and say the words, ‘cause you’ll be saying them for the next four years: “PRESIDENT TRUMP.”

Sorry Darrell, I do not see it that way at all.

I think he hates Trump, but Moore is from a more blue collar world and made his bones as a defender of the prototypical blue collar auto worker when the globalizatoin movement first started with "Roger and Me".

So he's sympathetic to the plight of the people who got out and voted for Trump, but as a socialist he absolutely opposes most of what Trump is about. he is I'm sure for protectionism but otherwise I imagine there's no common ground there on issues, just the commonality of appealing to that group.

That used to be the base of the Democrats but they've forgotten those people in favor of an embracing of a borderless world and kids who are "transgender" 10 years before they hit puberty and even know what genders are about.

Oh I think ultimately the Republican base will see Trump...... as a democrat. Because he is...
It's not a huge leap to see him getting Dem votes. It will be interesting when he decides turn implement something progressive, or Libertarian and the cons that voted for him will squirm and scream.
