I especially love someone having the sense to strike down the "assault weapons" feature ban on the simple basis that the law has nothing to do with actually reducing the potential threat of such weapons. having a pistol grip stock means nothing to the real "mass shooting" capability of the weapon, or so very little as to be meaningless.
