Aetna pulling out of "Obama-care" across the nation except for a few exceptions.
Now we have 2 scenarios.
1) Trump wins the election and repeals it. The failure is blamed on him and the republicans. You can write that down because its the play book. It happened with the housing bubble. Democrats set it up but the failure occurred under Bush. Guess who took the fall?
2) Hillary wins the election and "modifies" it to a single payer system. MAKE NO MISTAKE, this was THE goal all along. The media onslought is already in place
