Just like the author, I do not know that any conclusions can be drawn from the statistics, but I do know that the stats are not good and if they are a result of PDs pulling back from placing the LEOs in harms way in the current climate of kill a Cop a day, then the protesters and rabble rousers will have placed their communities in far more risk than they were before they took to the streets and airwaves.
