I am scheduled to be traveling a good part of tomorrow, and will be out of town Saturday, so I'm posting this early.

1. Predict the Kentucky margin of victory. If you believe that Kentucky will lose, make sure that you make it clearly known with a -- [minus sign], or something else.

2. Predict the game high scorer, AND the total number of points he will score in the game. NOTE--it does not have to be a Kentucky player for this KSR point.

3. Over/Under - is 10, as in total number of points Kentucky will have from the bench players. Pick OVER or UNDER, and by how many.

4. Fresh(man) or Foul - predict the freshman who will have the most fouls in the game for Kentucky. No number required, multiple winners possible.

TB - Largest lead Florida will have in the game.

Good luck.

This is why I usually put mine out first. I hate the idea that somebody might think I would box them in. What I usually do when I wait, like I did this time, is pick numbers pretty far apart from ones already taken. It usually works out OK.

But this is all for fun. I think most just post without looking, doesn't matter. Have seen a lot of the same picks this year, too, which is fine.

Pappy's "nothing" turned out to be "something" as he edged out Doc and myself, both of whom chose Murray with 22. Pap's 23 was closest to Murray's remarkable 35-point performance as the Cats dominated the Gators. Way to go, Pappy!

Only Thedonnie and Flounder correctly chose "Under" as UK's bench scored 8 total points, which was 2 under 10, thus Flounder, with 1 under, gets the point. Another in a long history of excellent picks, Flounder. Good job!

Philly, Harlow, Pappy, Krank, Paduka, and Terminus all correctly selected Skal as the Fresman with the most fouls in the game, so one point for each. Many also picked Briscoe, but Labissiere edged out Isaiah's and Isaac's 3 fouls with 4. Good job you six!

This was a pretty good contest... One point each for Flounder, Philly, Harlow, Paduka, and Terminus, but two points for Pappy and myself... so it has to to a tiebreaker between us two...

Murray scored the very first points of the game. Finney-Smith answered for UF, tying the game at 2-2, but that was as close as the Gators would get, the Cats steamrolling to an 80-61 victory.

Pappy guessed UF would lead by 8 at some point, but Krank's selection of a 2-point lead wins the TB since UF never led in the game.

Sorry Pappy, but good game, my man. I was fortunate to edge you out and take home the HOF for this contest. Way to go, ummm, ME!!
