WOW! Saw that tonight on the way home.

I can't remember the last time you could buy gas for a buck-and-a-half. I lost my mind last December and got a car that asks me to put in 93 octane now, but that's getting close to $2 a gallon. Almost giving it away.

What is it in your area?

Gas jumped up to $1.959 here midweek from $1.899; I'm baffled over the cause of the jump.

#1.79 in BG and during my Ohio trip I never saw it less than that. Mostly $1.89 to $1.92

I don't know what we're doing to deserve this, but I'll take it while we can get it.

I remember as a kid back home when gas went above about $.50 and people were moaning. here we are back again.

Really in inflation adjusted dollars the price really hasn't changed as much as it seems. The big spikes up have been in the early 80s and again near the start of the Obama administration (it started earlier during Bush II but didn't cross the historic max until Obama's time). Its been all over the place during his tenure.

It's not good for the gas to go this low. Of course, I'm not saying that when I filled up this afternoon.

Ought to be in Michigan, well except for the lousy winter weather (http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/01/18/gas-prices-fall-below-1-in-michigan.html?intcmp=hplnws)

Gasoline prices under a dollar per gallon

Kentucky will never see $0.50 gas, taxes are more than that.

I-40, between Dickson and Paris Landing SP, Pilot fueling station $1.45. Kinda odd as stations on both sides of that for miles are a $1.67

Sweet. I've seen that price on my GasBuddy app (BP in Riverchase has that now) but haven't seen it personally yet.

Filled up at 1.559 in greater metropolitan West Point yesterday before SNOWPOCALYPSE 16!(TM) hits.

Heard oil was back above $30/barrel today, so maybe the low prices will be going away--but it sure is nice while it lasts.

$1.42 in T-town. The place I get it has a car wash and if you get the deluxe you get a $.15/gallon discount. Got a car wash last week and paid $1.27!! It cost right at $20 to fill up the car. Felt like finding an empty parking lot and just driving around in circles! :)
