So Bozeman is a fitness crazed town. A fellow named John Dudas created the "Huffing for Stuffing" Thanksgiving 5K and 10K runs. Everybody who participates raises money for the food bank. It has become a huge 9 am Thanksgiving event--over 4,000 people participating.

John always had me talk, before the race, and then I have walked all but the one when I had zero white blood cells.

Lying in ICU on June 13th I said I'd walk it and yesterday I did--45 minutes for 3.1 miles. Very Happy and grateful to all who've pushed me to train my heart back from something pumping < 40 of the blood at 80/50 blood pressure! Walking a 5k on the treadmill 3x a week. PS race time temp was 0 degrees.

Impressive. If I ever moved up that way I doubt i'd leave my house 6 months of the year, much less go walk a few miles for charity.

I ate for about 45 minutes strait yesterday so I understand the endurance thing.

Seconds and dessert went a little faster however.
