Didn't get one last year and got the flu over Valentine's Day weekend. A less than romantic experience. :puke: Just got mine over the weekend.

Never get it. Didn't get it last year and was sick as a dog with it but odds are I won't get it again this year. What doesn't kill me only makes me stronger

I can't take flu shots, I am allergic to albumen in the serum. I don't think I have ever had the flu.

Had one in September. My employer provides one free of charge to its' employees who wish to participate.

I received mine a couple of weeks ago. No side effects from it this year.

Never had the shot and never had the flu. I'll get the shot this year just help keep the little one healthy. She had the flu last year at 4 months old. :(

Had physical this week. Doctor encouraged me to get both pneumonia shot and flu shot. I told him I already planned to get flu shot at work. He said that it might be a better plan to get them separately. Nurse then told me I would be very sore with the pneumonia shot. I felt fine after the shot. No problem. And as nurse informed me it would begin to hurt at bedtime. There was no swelling but the pain for a day or so was enough to remind me I had a shot. Glad I didn't get both at same time in same arm.
