Good Luck! If you are like me, I'm on too many meds to allow for weight loss. Congrats and keep up the good work!

I do not know what an ejection fraction is, but the BP is looking pretty good. Keep up the good work.

I'm a follower of a subforum on Reddit called loseit. They advocate basic fundamental life changes to lose weight instead of specific fad diets and working out alone. One thing they advocate is teaching EVERY single food you eat in an app called myfitnesspal. It lets you track not only calories but both macro snd micronutrients. What people often find is that they are hungry because they aren't getting enough of certain nutrients. Even if that isn't the case it lets you think twice about certain things you eat and how they make you feel. Might be something worth trying.

Just keep getting better, that is the most important thing. And we're still praying for you here.
