Despite the propaganda about evil corporations, government has been and continues to be the worst polluter across time and continents. The USSR and eastern europe were horribly polluted, China is doing the same, and in the US the DoE and DoD are legendary for their environmental damage as well as the poisoning of their workers and soldiers.

Far better to extend private property rights and let the market protect those resources.

I like Cruz's idea of eliminating the IRS, hoping we can add the EPA to the list.

Here is what makes no sense to me. The EPA is big on creating wetlands. Wetlands produce methane, aka swamp gas. The EPA considers methane produced by cow's farting to be a cause of pollution. Why is it not pollution when created naturally in a swamp, but is a pollutant when produced naturally in a cow?
