Sale price is $398 for the bundle, but there's a $300 rebate. The lightroom 5 software alone sells for $135. The printer is supposed to be an outstanding printer (I've owned a portable Pixma before, and it was very good quality).

Be very careful with the rebate. This isn't a $100 sale, with a $30 rebate that you kick yourself if you screw up and forget.

Not sure if I'm going to get it or not; really have little to no need for either--but the price is awfully good.

Really nice prosumer printer. Ink is too dang expensive but it turns out really nice images on glossy paper. If you have been wanting a nice color printer for your photos, that is a great deal.

i've got a couple of Pixma I90s, had i80s before that, used them for auctions and for demo stuff at trade shows. Very small, held up really well, ink was reasonable. That was years ago but they worked good for us.
