Always thought he was the 2nd most talented guy on that team after AD, and maybe the most talented if you adjust for height in some arbitrary way. He just had to not hold back, always had the idea that taking over a game was selfish. Way better than the guys who try to take over all the time, can't be team players, but sometimes the best way to be a team player is go take things over.

Very happy for him. As long as he stays fairly aggressive he should be a 10 year guy, retire financially secure.

6'8". Excellent handle, jump shot, plus athlete (not elite, but better than average for his position), good defensive player. I always thought he could be one of the best players in college basketball. Makes good decisions and is extremely coachable. If you recall the Indiana game in particular, he scored in every way imaginable. In some ways, he's a coaches dream in that he's the rare guy that has to told to shoot more.

Still remember the Hopson debate.
I take Miller all day everyday.

Been playing overseas, but someone signed him to a 10 day contract or something like that late in the season. Not sure if he actually made the team or if he even played. I don't follow him or the NBA so maybe others will know. I just heard that at work one day. I work in Hoptown where he is from.

According to this the Cavs made him a rich man for not being good enough to make the league....I would have taken that deal. Not sure why they didn't offer it to me?

Have thought about that a number of times, Dickie V was all wet on that one.

Business-wise, seems like some weird logic

I think it had to do with the salary cap rules and by signing him as they did, it gave them another trade chip, especially if it's one of the many trades done for financial reasons. When it happened, it was pointed out how weird a move it was, but there is some kind of salary cap logic behind it.

Some have limitations on how much money they can make in the NBA...Miller is not one of them..He does everything so well...He is just a kid who it took longer to figure out how dang good he is...
