Hey, I want to share my good news! One of my homeless, street photo's has been picked up for a local San Francisco magazine!! The New Asterisk is doing an article on homeless in the city. I submitted a shot that I really liked, and was told Saturday they want to use it. Should be out in print and online in a couple weeks!!!

Without the support of a lot of you I would not have ventured into this area. Plus with Badrose and Dan's help specifically I would not have known my f/stop from a truck stop!

Dan, FYI, I plan on posting some Tamron shots tonight or tomorrow.

Very excited!

Thank you!!!:050:

Congratulations Coastie!!! I honestly believe you have a God given talent that deserves to be behind the camera not in front of it. Look forward to seeing the shots from the long Tamron.

This picture plus the other fog picture I took with the Tamron. About 50 yards away from where the goats were penned. I'm going to post a couple of the Tamron goat pictures on the link also so you can see them. It's all there now for you to view. :)

Just please stay away from Internet specials:). My wife almost got sucked into a Sicilian deal by phone. Calls me and explains, I tell her to hang up but she insists, tell to hang up NOW by yelling. Total scam and she bought it hook, line, sinker. A math major with a masters, SBA small business woman of the year, math team coach, and she bought it. Ole buddy you aren't the only one.

Now if I can get instructions from you 3 on the camera Dan got me to buy I am ready. Have no idea about those f stops and every other button on my nicer camera

Congrats. And love the story. Your pic really captured the essence of the person and who they are, with their plight.
