8 or 9 year old kids. Sad. California. I am all for calling off the war on drugs. But that doesn't mean I am for promoting drug use. I want programs against and an emphasis on treatment and prevention.

This has nothing to do with California. It has everything to do with kids growing up earlier and earlier. Hell, I knew kids who were smoking pot as early as 5th or 6th grade. Thats in Lexington, KY! So I'm not at all surprised at this.

As a graduate of Louisville Central High School class of 81, I can say smoking pot in the bathroom at school has been going on for decades, however in elementary school, different situation.
