Republican bill sponsor from the Alabama House, Becky Nordgren. Makes it a little more sweet that it's an Alabama southern Belle, huh? (She's not a young lady, but she is attractive, isn't she?)

Seriously? Beshear would never even entertain something like this. But it is a great idea, wish somebody would've thunk this one up a long time ago.
This will catch on and fly anywhere in the South, and other places like Texas, Oklahoma and other mostly conservative states. And even though Kentucky is very conservative, just because of Beshear it would never be signed off on.
