Listening to the pre-game right now. This should be a good one, hopefully one of the better games of late. I still think Trinity wins, but it may be a bit closer than it has been lately.
GO 'ROCKS! BEAT ST. X!:cool:

That was a laugher, about what everyone expected. ST X no longer is competitive with Trinity.

Mick, there's NOBODY in this state that is competitive with Trinity. They've got Louisville Male and Manual left on their schedule, along with Archbishop Moeller. They'll go 3-0 against St. X, Male, and Manual, and then breeze their way to another Kentucky 6A State Title. It's become laughable that the only competition that they get is from outside the state teams.

Looks like there will be more in attendance for the Trinity game than there will be for the UK game today. Maybe we could persuade Bob Beatty to be the next head coach at UK. It would be a huge improvement over the current HC.

Big Ron, you would be an improvement. Beatty would flat out take us to another level.

You certainly cannot argue with the success Coach Beatty has had @ Trinity, but then he has all the support from the Trinity community and apparatus that he needs.
I am not sure that same level of support exits within the UKAA where football is concerned. He'd be better off to stay put, IMHO. Going from where he's at now to Kentucky would be a step in the wrong direction for him. Yeah, it's the SEC and all that, but he wouldn't have all the tools he'd need to succeed. Again, JMHO.
