West is a very smart guy, he knows his stuff. I'm not as high on him as many ever since he voted to increase the debt limit however he is a man who you know where he stands. He doesn't give you bull#### that panders to voters. I'm actually in his district and will vote for him because IMO he is a big part of stopping or slowing down the leftward direction this country is going.

Unfortunately this link did not work, or at least go to any article about darkening images.

I'm not sure I see a "darkened picture" so much as a crappy reproduction.

Still, sounds like the democrats 1) hate women and 2) hate black women. Isn't that how the game is played? Surely this could not be about her politics.

democrats do this stuff all the time. That ad against WEst was horrible and probably illegal. The man in charge of the PAC that was running the ad is the father of Wests opponent, think there was any get together on that one?

They can't win on their own merits or records, they use the race card at every turn, even Clinton said they used the race card against his wife in 2008 and had the memos that said it was preplanned. axelrod makes Karl Rove look like a local ad man, he is one of the dirtiest campaign managers that has ever been around.

I'm with doc that the whole thing was darkened. They always show the opponent in black and white, dark imagery, that horror movie look and lighting. Their candidate is shown in bright colors with flags waving. It's constant, stupid, and it works. My cat is smarter than some Americans.

That's a darkened image though, I just think they darkened the whole image and made it grainy and low quality on purpose as part of the general "make them look like Bella Legosi" strategy.
