I'd love to have absolute audit power over signups. Given the size of the US prison population it's mathematically possible that these prisons signups constitute the vast majority of all the enrollees. In fact it could be all of them, but Im sure a few non-felons have in fact signed up too.

Don't go to prison to get it though. Go get set up as disabled to work, then get your food stamps and cell phone and then apply. You'll get a full subsidy and not have to deal with those nasty restrictive jobs and going to work and such.
