To use against its own citizens? Make its own decisions? Choose its own targets? Or change targets in a mission on its own volition? Launched from a "mothership"? Take human pilots out of the equation?
Strange article, not sure it is completely accurate. Human interaction and control of these devices has to be maintained for optimal results.
