Just a few from my phone tonight. Drove to Oneonta, Alabama to see the displays at Palisades Park, in the middle of friggin nowhere. Thought you might enjoy. I mean nothing sacrilegious with any of these comments, but a couple of the pics were just funny. I'm exhausted, so maybe that's why it is funny to me.

Really sorry I didn't have my camera, as this pic didn't do it justice. This was a very sexed-up angel, very curvy with an impressive bosom. Reminded me of a Disney Princess.

This is something that may be common elsewhere, but it was fairly new to me. About half of the displays were memorials, which could be viewed as either sweet or a little creepy, depending on your perspective. This is one I thought was rather sweet, with four angels holding photos of deceased loved ones. There were two that I thought were rather creepy, one a mausoleum looking display and another that resembled a gravesite

Oops. This is another sweet one, memorial to Mamaw and Papaw. The farmer and his wife were facing away, hand in hand, with tractor to the side, joining each other in route to heaven. Very sweet.

Arrived back in Birmingham about an hour ago, and went through a downtown tunnel that is pretty cool. Lights normally white, they change to red and green during Christmas season. I stopped the car and took a pic when it turned green.

Final pic from downtown Birmingham. Regions Bank Building does this every year. Each side has lights showing something different. Here is a quick pic from a moving car. Other side I saw was a stocking, and cannot recall what the 4th side is.
