OK, had my evening yelling bout with comcast as my service have been in and out however I got one that I'm going to try to fix without involving those morons.
Here is the deal. I can get my e-mail from my iphone (by clicking on the "Mail" icon) and by logging on the internet and going to comcast.net then entering my password/logging in. However when I open Windows Mail, I can't download my e-mail. Windows mail won't connect to comcast. The last successful download thru windows mail was last Wednesday but am able to see my e-mails thru the website or on my Iphone. I believe the password into my comcast mail got changed (actually changed to something better) in the midst of changing modums, routers, etc.... and my windows mail never got that change done. I don't know where that new password is at in windows mail. Does that explain it?
