If I'm reading this correctly -- you can take your old iTouch and put a $99 case on it, and have an iPhone with this company.
Then have free Sprint service. It's basic, but 4g, a little surfing (500mb/mo--enough for email), 200 talk minutes, and free texting.
$0 cost.
