Agreed. But as long as they control 2/3rds of the power triangle nothing will be done about it.
I watched 60 Minutes last night, and what I heard made me ill. This POTUS and his SecState allowed the murder of four Americans to happen and did nothing to stop it, much less prevent it, and by the account I heard last night, they KNEW it was coming. And still did nothing.
Now, let me start in on the military people who could have at least attempted to help, but just didn't. When I was in basic training we had a class that had to do with orders and "what-if" situations. And the main gist of that class is this: if you are given an order which you know to be wrong or unlawful, then it is your duty to disregard that order and act in the best interests of the military and the United States of America. We have military personnel that did not act in the best interests of our nation by not responding to a call for help by Americans in deadly peril, knew those Americans to be in deadly peril at that time, and then refused to aid them in that same situation.
This whole episode is like something out of a dark comedy, except there is not one damn thing that is remotely funny about it. Four Americans, one of whom was the AMERICAN AMBASSADOR TO LIBYA, and the direct representative of the POTUS himself, was abandoned and left to die while the POTUS and the former SecState acted like nothing was wrong and refused to help prior to or during the incident itself. The POTUS and the SecState allowed 4 Americans to die! They just left them out there with no hope of rescue and let them die!
And then we have the British security advisor and another State Dept. official both saying that all the signs and threats of the attack were there and clear to see. Very devestating news delivered by some of Obama's biggest fans.
This is impeachable, especially after the lies that were put forth about some damn video that had nothing at all to do with this situation. But........we all know what's going to happen. Nothing. Nothing at all.
The POTUS & SecState lies, the American Ambassador dies, and Al-Qaeda flies!

We are in a death rattle as a sovereign nation. And no one can or will do anything about it.

Deep down, I don't think they knew it would happen. IMO they firmly believe deep in their soul that if we just played nice to the muslim and people of the middle east, they would no longer hate us. To me, that is a STUPID premise but I have no doubt they believe it.

Likewise, I firmly believe they knew the BS they were spouting about a stupid video was BS. They believed the nation was too stupid to question, figuring the voters would simply take their word for it. They knew the media was complacent and would not question them. Even now, its seen more as a partisan ploy rather then seeking the answers to why Americans were murdered, Americans who had an expectation to be protected from TERRORISTS who's mission is to kill anybody they view as an infidel.

Deep down, Doc, they believed they needed to facilitate this lie so that they remained in power in the White House in an election year, under the illusion that Al-Qaeda had been severely weakened by the death of OBL, which was not and is not the case. They abandoned 4 Americans to die at the hands of our enemies and then LIED about it.
My contempt for these people knows no bounds. I respect Al-Qaeda more than I do these people, and that's the way all of us should feel. At least with Al-Qaeda we know where we stand, whereas with these people in the WH right now all we know for sure is that when the truth needs to be told, that they are not capable of nor willing to do so.
These people in the WH are just as much our enemies as Al-Qaeda, that's all there is to it. My God, even Jimmy Carter, as much of a nitwit as he is, at least tried to rescue our people being held hostage in Iran. These people in the WH didn't even give those 4 Americans in Benghazi the same respect or honor. It's disgraceful, disgusting, disingenuous, and it's un-American. They didn't even try to rescue them. It is an act of cowardice, and it is not the way we as Americans are in the face of adversity. There just are not enough negative descriptors available in any language to begin to characterize how terrible this is.
Like I said before, the reality of this makes me ill.

And Doc, I am not arguing with you or anyone else here about this, and I am sure you pretty much see this the way I do, but this could have been any other American Mom & Dad's kids that were murdered, and it just makes me angry beyond all words.
One of the most important things I learned in the Army, and from my parents before that, is that we don't leave our family out there like that. We don't leave anyone behind, and if they yell for help, we do everything in our power to get to them and get them to safety. This POTUS doesn't get that, and Clinton doesn't either. They don't care. All they care about is their left wing socialist agenda and they don't care how many real Americans die as long as they retain power and control.
That's all I'm saying.

While we have brave military going into the face of death to rescue or protect their fellow soldiers and earning the Medal of Honor this president and his puppet Clinton sat on their collective busts before, during and after this attack. Oh, we agree. Were I Pres, I'd have sent the ambassador a message to get in a bunker, then I'd have sent a cruise missile into benghazi and flattened the place. Then I'd call the Libeans and told them if they did not get my people out then next missile would be targeted at them
