IMO, it means that he pretty much has his mind made up one way or the other.

Who else has made an announcement that they will announce their decision so close to BBM or some other event and not chose UK? I want to think that he wouldn't come to BBM then so soon afterwards announce for someone else, but perhaps there are examples of that I am not remembering.

He is one of the top two on my want list (along with Stanley Johnson). Still several bigs so I'm not stuck on any one of those. Blackmon seems very articulate in that interview and represented himself well. I find that appealing.

I think Blackmon may want to give Booker a chance to commit before he pulls the trigger. He may not want to commit to a team that is to heavy with guards.
