Truly some ugly goings-on in places where this happens. And it happens down here in south FL quite a bit, because we have a pretty large homeless population down here most of the year.

Bum hunts are bad business, for sure, and I'm not trying to make it sound like it isn't, but some of those homeless guys that I've dealt with when I was still on patrol were not exactly easy to deal with. There are truly some nasty, hateful, evil homeless people out there. Of course, there are some pretty pitiful homeless souls out there too who most likely are the main victims of these predators who hunt them for the sport of it.
