Defensive lineman Polo Manukainiu, a redshirt freshman from Euless Trinity, died in a car accident during a trip home from Utah according to the school. Officials say alcohol was not involved in the crash.

Reading the article, sounds like the driver fell asleep. Total of 3 dead.
