There is an interview elsewhere where Cal thinks within 2 years UK may have 10% of the total NBA players. If I am
correct, an NBA roster has 12 players and there are 30 teams, so 360 x 10% = 36.

Would that be reachable? Nazr and Bogans will probably be out of the league/retired by then. Right now, let's see
if we can count them (earliest to future guys):

1. Prince
2. Hayes (maybe)
3. Rondo
4. Wall
5. Cousins
6. Patterson
7. Orton (maybe)
8. Bledsoe
9. Miller (maybe)
10. Liggins (maybe)
11. Kanter
12. Knight
13. Davis
14. MKG
15. Teague
16. Jones
17. Lamb
18. Noel
19. Goodwin
20. Randle
21. Andrew Harrison
22. Aaron Harrison
23. Poythress
24. Lee
25. Dakari Johnson
26. WCS
27. James Young
28. Towns
29. Stanley Johnson??
30. Trey Lyles??
31. Mudiay??
32. Vaughn??
33. Myles Turner??
34. Malik Newman??
35. C. Matthews??
36. Diamond Stone??
37. Labissiere??
38. Ivan Rabb??

May be possible. That has never been approached at any time in the history of the NBA.

It's within the theoretical range. It would be tough, but possible. Also incredibly sick and impressive.

By just making the statement and then it being seen as a possibility gives Cal an edge in recruiting.

I love that comment. And yes, it is very reachable imo.

Too early for me to think about. Let's get the twins and Young on campus and make another Final Four first.

without looking it up, and am sure someone will, I don't think there is a college coach in any sport who have put a bigger % of their players into the pros than Cal has done at UK.
