He supported that bill and also carry for retired LEOs (law enforcement officers) b/c he wanted support of the police in his campaign. He's deeply anti-gun, but he's even more pro-Obama when it comes to winning elections. He's also very pro vacation, as this story shows it wasn't just as President that he skips out at bad times.

Not true. I've see pictures of him shootin a gun at camp David and he does it all the time.

Yeah, he's quite the skeet shooter. Well, he's never actually shot one, but that's just bc he doesn't like the taste of skeet and doesn't want them to go to waste.
