Something tells me this poll suffers from loads of confirmation bias. Racists will believe others groups are racist in order to justify their own racism. I didn't need a Rasmussen poll to tell me racism still exists.

IMO, the proliferation of racists who get way too much media time like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and a small number of others skew people's opinions.

What I found interesting is that, while the percentages differ, Blacks and Whites are in agreement that more Blacks are racists compared to Whites by percentage. That is consistent with what I've gathered through conversations with some friends who are Black (a limited sampling, I admit). There's no mention of where Latinos fell on which race was most racist.
